As part of the 2019 Resident doctor’s week Activities were held at Mogadishu Somalia-Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Training and Research Hospital. Activities began with a huge participation. The first activity was a football match competed between Surgical department resident doctors and the Non-Surgical department resident doctors.Non-Surgical department resident doctors won the match with score of 6:3. Also Rope pulling competition was held between Surgical departments resident doctors and the Non-Surgical departments residents doctor and the Surgical departments resident doctors won the competition. Also a running race of 1500 meter was held with the participation of 24 Resident doctors and the General Surgery resident Dr.Nur Abdi Yasin topped the race. All the hospital staff attended the events,the audience and the contestants' cheers were amazing. The hospital manager, who provided information about the activities Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmayil YILMAZ said "Our aim is to help our resident doctors who work with great devotion day and night and to increase their motivation with beautiful activities,". The events of the resident doctors week will continue throughout the week with colorful images.
