VISITOR RULES OF OUR HOSPITAL

Your patient is our guest and is admitted to our hospital for treatment, not for receiving visitors. Therefore, complying with the rules below is essential for the well-being of your patient.

  • Patient visits must be conducted during designated visiting hours.

  • Visiting hours are every day between 14:00 and 15:00.

  • No visitation is allowed in the Intensive Care Unit.

  • Bringing food or beverages from outside to patients is strictly prohibited.

  • Children under the age of 12, as well as individuals with illnesses such as flu, fever, or cough, should not visit patients.

  • Only one companion is allowed to stay with each patient.

  • Apart from hygiene products (cologne, paper towels, tissues, etc.) and non-hazardous toys for children, bringing other types of gifts is not permitted.

  • To ensure a calm and peaceful environment, please avoid making noise.

RULES FOR COMPANIONS

  • The need for a companion is determined by the attending physician.

  • The number of companions is limited to one person only. Multiple companions may cause unnecessary crowding and disrupt hospital operations; therefore, one companion is considered sufficient.

  • Companions must wear their companion identification cards at all times.

  • Companions must comply with hospital rules. In case of violations, the individual’s companion status may be revoked.

  • Companions must not perform any procedure on the patient (unless instructed by a physician or nurse) and must not provide food, beverages, or similar items.

  • Companions are responsible for keeping hospital property clean and orderly. Any damage caused must be compensated by the companion.

  • To maintain a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives must avoid speaking loudly or making noise in patient rooms and corridors.

  • Unless instructed by the physician or nurse, companions must not move the patient’s bed or take the patient outside the hospital.

  • Companions must not leave the patient except in urgent situations.

  • Companions must not bring food or beverages to patients and must consult a physician or nurse before giving the patient anything to eat or drink.

  • By presenting their companion identification cards, companions may benefit from the hospital’s meal services at no additional cost.

  • Companions must inform the nurse if they notice any problem regarding the patient.

  • Frequent changes of companions are not allowed. If a change is necessary, it must be reported to the unit charge nurse.
