The Audiology Unit is a specialized field dedicated to the assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up of disorders related to the hearing and balance systems. Our unit provides comprehensive diagnostic services for all age groups using advanced technological equipment.
Hearing Tests (Audiometry)
Pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and objective hearing tests are conducted to evaluate patients’ hearing levels in detail.
Tympanometry and Acoustic Reflex Testing
Middle ear functions are assessed to analyze the condition of the tympanic membrane and ossicular chain.
Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE)
Fast and reliable hearing screening is performed, particularly for newborns and children.
BERA / ABR Testing
Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing is used to evaluate the integrity of the auditory nerve and auditory pathways.
Hearing Aid Fitting and Follow-Up
For patients with hearing loss, appropriate hearing aid selection, fitting, adjustment, and follow-up are performed by expert audiologists.
Hearing aids are sold with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, and in case of malfunction, devices are sent for repair and serviced through our hospital.
