Pediatric Surgery Clinic
The Pediatric Surgery Clinic provides diagnosis and treatment for surgical conditions in children from the neonatal period up to 18 years of age. Our areas of focus include surgical diseases of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and thoracic systems, congenital anomalies in the neonatal period, trauma, and burn treatments. Pediatric surgery patients are admitted and managed according to their treatment needs in the Pediatric Ward, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and Burn Unit.
The Pediatric Surgery Clinic significantly contributes to child healthcare in Somalia by delivering high-quality medical services and training future pediatric surgeons. Our Pediatric Surgery outpatient clinic operates every day of the week, except on public holidays, under the supervision of specialist physicians. Services include:
